We began delivering management services, the kind of services private equity firms now call “operating partner” work, in 1991.  We are best thought of advisor-partners; senior individuals with unique executive and operating backgrounds, who are a rare combination of “strategist” and “implementer.”  We tend to work with Chairmen, CEOs, Executive Teams, and Investors on the mandates that management can’t seem to get on top of and others just don’t want to touch.
